1. Acceptance of these terms

Femininity ("the app") is provided by Amin Atitallah, an individual developer based in France ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 18 years old to use Femininity. The app is rated 18+ on both the App Store and Google Play. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. You also confirm that the information you provide when creating an account is accurate.

3. Medical disclaimer

Femininity is a wellness and information tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Cycle, ovulation and fertility predictions are estimates based on the data you enter and are not a contraceptive method, a means of preventing pregnancy, or a guarantee of conception. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions, and seek urgent care for emergencies. You use the app's information at your own discretion.

4. Your account

An account is optional and only needed for backup, sync and the community. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your account and data at any time from within the app.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or keys, except where the law expressly permits;
• disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or its systems;
• scrape, copy, or resell the app's content or the community's content;
• misuse the health chat to generate or solicit harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

6. Community & your content

The community is a supportive, pseudonymous space. You post under a pseudonym; your real name and email are never shown to other users. You agree not to post content that is harmful, hateful, harassing, misleading, unlawful, or that infringes others' rights, and to follow the in-app community guidelines you accept on first use.

You keep ownership of the content you create. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store and display that content for the purpose of operating the community. We may remove content, and restrict or suspend accounts, that breach these terms or the guidelines. You can report content and block other users from within the app.

7. Health chat

The health chat provides general health education only. It is not medical advice and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete; do not rely on it for diagnosis, treatment, or emergencies, and always consult a qualified professional. Your messages are sent to Google's Gemini AI service via a secure Cloud Function to generate responses — only your message text and a brief cycle-context note are transmitted, with no personally identifiable information. 8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we process and your rights. By using the app you acknowledge that policy.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its name, design, content and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own use in accordance with these terms. You may not use our branding without permission.

10. Price & purchases

Free tier: Core cycle tracking, predictions, reminders and community features are free of charge. Free users may see adverts within the app (see Advertising below).

Premium subscription: An optional Premium subscription is available via Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). It unlocks additional features and removes adverts. Prices vary by country and are shown in the relevant store before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Refunds for unused portions of a subscription period are governed by the relevant store's refund policy.

EU/UK right of withdrawal: If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services: by initiating your Premium subscription and requesting immediate access to Premium features, you expressly request that the digital content be delivered immediately. You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content has begun, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m) and equivalent national laws.

We may change the features included in each tier; material changes will be communicated in advance.

11. Advertising

Free users may see adverts served by Google AdMob within the app. By using the free version of Femininity you acknowledge that adverts may appear. Your cycle and health data are never shared with AdMob. You can limit ad personalisation via your device settings at any time. Upgrading to Premium removes all adverts.

12. Availability & changes

We work to keep the app available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms.

13. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on the app's estimates or information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under French and EU law.

14. Regional consumer rights

In addition to any rights described elsewhere in these terms and in our Privacy Policy, users in certain jurisdictions have specific rights under local law. This section summarises key rights; it is not exhaustive and does not limit rights that apply to you under applicable law.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. For the advertising data described in our Privacy Policy, you may opt out via your device's advertising settings. Brazil (LGPD)

Brazilian users have rights under Lei 13.709/2018 (LGPD) including the right of access, correction, deletion, data portability, and the right to revoke consent. To exercise your rights, contact us at the address below or reach the national supervisory authority, the ANPD, at www.gov.br/anpd.

Turkey (KVKK)

Turkish users have rights under Law No. 6698 (KVKK — Kisisel Verilerin Korunmasi Kanunu), including the right to know whether personal data is being processed, to request correction or deletion of incomplete or inaccurate data, and to object to decisions based solely on automated processing. Saudi Arabia & UAE

Users in Saudi Arabia are protected under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL, Royal Decree No. M/19, 2021) and its implementing regulations. Users in the United Arab Emirates are protected under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. In both cases, you may exercise your data rights — including rights of access, correction, and erasure — by contacting us at the address below.

15. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes fall under the competent French courts, subject to any consumer rights that allow you to bring proceedings locally. As an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform.
